Protracker V:  What version? (PC-Trackers are also welcome, BUT
                              save as PT - 4 channel Mods, and
                              send them on 720Kb DD, 3.5" Disk)

File name   :  The saved name

Module name :  The name of the module!

Used Sources:  Please write down the sources to your modu-
               les! Samples borrowed from, synth, CD`s etc

Type of music: What genre?

Duration     : Length in minutes.

Length       : Length in BYTES!  A precise number PLEASE!

Samples      : Number of samples!

Tempo        : eg. 125 bpm, f03 & f05 (CIA timing is used !!)

sic!  This is so we can get  a feeling of who you are, and 
possibly write a two line text about you or your module in 
the Sound Info screen!

NOTE : While it WILL be possible for us to play your module
if it uses the PT fx command Dxx (Pattern break TO POSITION)
It will make us unhappy, so please avoid it !!!!!
The normal patternbreak D00 is perfectly allright however.
